All orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during new collection releases. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We’re happy to ship your order anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Kindly note that customs duties or taxes may apply and are not covered by us.
Returns & Refunds

Refund or exchange of product will be discussed on a case to case basis. Please note that we don't cover shipping cost for returns.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us via email at veronika@pantrypots.com
Damaged goods must be reported to Pantry Pots within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund/replacement to be issued.
A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible is required to be sent to veronika@pantrypots.com
Damages outside of the 2 day limit will not be refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will interfere.
